well u might get them in grocery but i doubt abt the quality. so i will suggest go to pharmacy or if u are in uk then go to boots, superdrug, sainsbury's, tesco, morrison types os shops where they have the pharmacy departments.

to get the good kind go to your local natural health food store. The ones at grocery stores have a higher chance of being synthetic and made is a lab.

I know vit e oil can be bought at your local pharmacy...I am not sure about almond oil..I might try a whole foods or a vit store..
You'd have a better chance of finding it at CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, or a natural health store.
