This oil is derived from the seeds and pods of the cardamom plant, however, it requires a distilling process. You can do this at home or on a small scale, however, you need a still in order to produce 'food quality' product. You must also have a federal permit for this still, and there are several rules and regulations that you must follow in order to do this at home. Unfortunately, this process is the same on used to distill alcohol, and the reason you will need the licensed still. where are you extracting it from? looks like the equipment would probably cost you $250,000 minimum, plus a big place to put it
