Is it good to just buy medicine (any)from people and take it eg buying a castor oil from the shop and take?

I'm not sure what exactly your question is but hopefully I'm answering it. You should make sure you're buying it from a reputable place. Don't just go anywhere to buy something and then put it in your body. Make sure you know as much as you can about what you're buying.
