when you go to a tanning bed you should defintley get an indoor lotion.. because if you use outdoor lotion it wont work and if you ';dry tan'; your first 7 minutes are wasted because the rays can't penetrate through your dry skin. the best bet would be to get a quality indoor lotion they have blushes that turn you pinkish/redish but then turn in a tan, bronzers (but you cant shower for 4 hours), tinglers, or regular tanning lotions, but they can be pretty costly the cheapest one i've ever bought was $45 and i know some are $120. but if you go to wal-mart they have a section that is specifically for indoor tanning ranging from $4 - $12 for a much bigger bottle, i've noticed that these cheap ones at wal-mart work just as good as the REGULAR ones at tanning salons, whatever you want to do because tanning can get pretty expensive. Is oil the wrong thing to use on sunbeds?just bought banana boat tannin oil spf 6.Will it work on sunbeds?
usually, it depends which tanning salon you go to. like at the one i go to, they say not to use tanning oil. but, they tell you to use this special kind of lotion that they sell. so it all depends on the kind of tanning bed you use. ask the people that work there.... if you are going to a tanning salon. if not.. well i am not sure. =]
Don't use the tanning oil that you buy at drug stores. Or if you do, buy tanning INDOOR LOTION. Most tanning places won't let you use oil. And usually they have killer packages on lotions and tanning minutes at places. If you have to, spend the extra few bucks on good tanning lotion.
