There is a Whole Foods Market at 1001 Fleet Street, and another at 1330 Smith Ave.

They will have several brands of essential oils- (Now brand is probably the cheapest) and you won't have to pay for shipping.Where can you buy cheap essential oils?
I really like using http://www.luckyvitamin.com/ it has a lot of products(including essential oils) that range from different prices...so you should be able to find something on there. Sorry I can't think of any other ones because I've just been using that site lately, and I don't know what stores there are in Maryland...but maybe you can try looking for small Indian, Russian, or other ethnic stores in your area....their products are usually much cheaper then health food stores or herbal shops.
always buy for quality, not quantity. cheap usually means synthetic and theres no benefit for synthetic essential oils.

these websites sell them relatively inexpensive, and are of the best quality.

NOW products E.O. does not use the ';family' of plants that aromatherapists recommend. It may say Chamomile but it is not ';matricaria recutita'; for example. The place I buy from for the last 7 years has good prices and very good quality E.O. Go to camdengrey.com
You can buy cheap essential oils from http://www.amazon.com/gp/search?ie=UTF8%26amp;鈥?/a>
natural essential oils are seldom cheap, try an aromatherapist. but if its cheap its probably not natural.
Try Bath %26amp; Body Works, you may not want to go too cheap cuz then they'll just be oily %26amp; nasty.
