What kind of oil pump do i need to buy for my 1996 dodge ram 1500 with 318 magnum?

Unless you are upgrading and adding high performance parts to your vehicle, I would go with a standard pump. A high performance oil pump on a stock engine will flood the bearings, and this will cause the crankshaft to fail. VERY BIG PROBLEM. Stay with standard parts.
