audi main dealer might be a good starting pointWhere can i buy gearbox and back axle oil for my audi a4 1.8t quattro year 2000?
Any motor parts shopWhere can i buy gearbox and back axle oil for my audi a4 1.8t quattro year 2000?
junk yard, salvage, the dealer or one who specializes in that.
Blau auto parts is a good German parts source. they are different oils for the gearbox and rear end. there are two different kits one for the Auto tranny and one for the manual .
auto tranny is secound link and manual is the third link these are for full fluid changes if you just need to top off or only want to do the tranny and diffs you can buy individual bottles instead of the packages i linked.
for the auto tranny you need 5 liters Pentosin TL-52162 ATF fluid and for the differentials you need 3 quarts Castrol rear differential gear lube.
for a manual tranny i believe you just need the gear lube (6 quarts) doesn not have to be castrol it needs to be 75/90w and synthetic.
