Where can I buy 5W-30 MINERAL engine oil for my car?

Why engine oils like pennzoil 5w-30 mineral are not available in your local halfords etc.Where can I buy 5W-30 MINERAL engine oil for my car?
Wow, I just looked at Halfords.com and they do not stock a conventional 5W-30. One of the many differences between the UK and the states; our local auto parts stores (stockist) has loads of conventional 5W-30 on their shelves.

You can use a semi synthetic without problems, even a full synthetic. They are all cross compatible with mineral oils.

I will say this, your prices are bloody insane! I use a 0W-30 in my redneck American pickup truck, Castrol Syntec. The comparable oil at Halfords is 拢15.49. That's $25.21 per liter. For the same amount of oil (well, a US quart, which is pretty close), I pay $6.00 or 拢3.69.
