How to make or were to buy asian restraunt chili oil..?

There is that cup of chunky chili oil most asian restraunts have...were can u buy this? They have some in stores but its not the same ...the chefs say they make it...anyone know how I can make this?...How to make or were to buy asian restraunt chili oil..?
Chili Oil





1 cup peanut oil


1/2 cup sesame oil


1 cup dried hot chilies, quartered


4 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper





Heat peanut oil in a small saucepan. Add sesame oil and warm for a minute. Stir in chopped peppers and ground cayenne. Stir well and let stand for 1 hour. Strain and pour into a jar. Store in the refrigerator.How to make or were to buy asian restraunt chili oil..?
Ideally you want to look for small dried red peppers in an asian store. Fill up a bottle with them and pour hot oil(not too hot) into the bottle. Then just refill the bottle when you need more. You can also buy the hot oil in most asian stores. If you can't find the whole peppers use pizza pepper and simmer in oil.. strain.
Get some peppers, then pour hot oil in it in a bottle.
