You wont believe me (cause no one ever does) but you can get a 2 oz bottle of tea tree oil at Walmart in the pharmacy aisle.
Healthfood stores sell stuff like that. Speak to your piercing studio, maybe thay have something off the shelf that they could sell / recommend to you.
BODY SHOP!
Sounds like keloids to me. You're taking the backs off the earrings? Like you'd get your lobes pierced with? That's why you have these keloids....never ever ever get cartilige pierced with a gun or use those types of earrings. Using a gun crushes the tissue instead of removing it like a needles does.
Sorry, it's your own fault. lol! Tee tree oil won't do a thing. Try surgery, it's the only thing that will remove keloids.
You might be able to buy tea tree oil in the herbal/suppliment aisle at Wal-mart, but I have always bought it at health stores like GNC. I can tell you one thing though, it stinks and it hurts like he!! if you have an open wound.
Instead, you might want to try hydrogen peroxide and some type of zinc oxide ointment such as baby diaper rash ointment (desinex) to put on it and leave overnight. You have to get the white kind, either Desinex or Equate brand. Clean it several times a day w/ the peroxide and leave the (whatever) is in it (the jewelry) OUT and give it a few days to dry up and heal. Use the ointment several times a day after the peroxide dries and esp. overnight.
Hope it helps. It helped my pierced ears.
You can buy tea tree oil at a drug store, beauty supply store,
health food store or even Wal-Mart. This product is good for a lot of skin problems A foot doctor told me to use it for nail fungus. Good luck with your pierceings.
general nutrition centers carry tea tree oil
Ummm....well sorry, I don't know what up with your ears.....sounds kinda creepy and gross. But I do know where to buy Tea tree oil at.....try any health food store...and if you can't find it there, check the health department in your grocery store. Hope I helped, and I hope your ears get better....
