Actually, that is a big REpublican thing ';Buy American';. So....you should be happy about this - even though it is made up nonsense.Will we Have to Buy Only American TVs, Cars, Oil, etc Under Obama?
If we are lucky. Many of the products we have coming from China and other foreign countries are tainted with lead. They also seem to be concentrated on items for children. Lead effects the brain. I get recall multiple notices in my email every day.





Actually McCain is big on free trade, one of the things I do not like about him. By the way, why are we making a Communist country one of the richest in the world?





I buy used products before 1990 or products made in America or I do without. I have decided it would not make me happy to poison my family.Will we Have to Buy Only American TVs, Cars, Oil, etc Under Obama?
That's ridiculous. We have a major trade deficit that does need to be addressed though.... do you like the fact that everything in your home, office and car was made in China?

I sure hope so. Since no TV's are produced in the US, that will be a new industry. We invented TV but the assembly cost was $7.00 per television and the companies wanted more profit. A small import tarriff could have saved an entire industry.
