Could I buy Hair tonic oil's powder in any store? Like a drugstore?
I have not seen an oil that comes in the shape of powder. That said, use a mixture of Mayo, eggs and olive oil. The combination is sold in any drugstore where they carry the African-American hair products.Could I buy Hair tonic oil's powder in any store? Like a drugstore?
