almost any store, for sure Wlmart, target, walgreen's... you don't mention if you have acne, maybe for the age yes, maybe not.... but, if you do, proactiv is oil-free and you don't necesarily have to use all the 3 steps, you can chose to use only one, and also, the Clinique mosturizer (the yellow one) is very very light and non oily, and you can use it in your teenage skin with or without acne, good luck and God bless you!
